All messages are sent in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Recipients are provided with a clear and easy opt‑out mechanism at any time (e.g., by replying STOP). Message delivery is subject to carrier networks and is not guaranteed. Customers may incur standard message fees from their carriers.
13. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wars, labor disputes, or internet outages.
